Desire Rain

Deep within your being is your higher self. It is the creative force within you that’s responsible for bringing abundance into your life. It does not know of any bounds and cannot be contained. It is boundless and eternal. Within this higher self is the spark of thought and creation. This is where our desires are born. Our desires explode with potential and promise. It rains down upon our thinking mind and throughout our entire consciousness. It is here that it is ready to be released upon the universe. Once it is unleashed, it alters and forms our life and our reality. It is what bends the Universe to our will.

How this desire is released and in what form is totally up to you. If you release it in its raw form, it is strong and there is not force that can stop it. Newton created three laws of motion that can be applied to your releasing your desire upon the Universe.

There first Law of Motion states that every object in a state of uniform motion tends to remain in that state of motion unless an external force is applied to it. This means that when you send your desire out into the Universe it will continue to move unless something alters its course or some other force is applied. This force can be doubt, fear, or feelings that you will fail. These forces can stop your desire or alter its course. You must remove these negative thoughts from your life to allow your desire to blossom in your life. Plants cannot grow without rain. When desire rains, plants of abundance can grow.

What Instrument Do You Play In The Symphony of Life?

It is sometimes hard to figure out your place in life. What is your purpose? What are you meant to do in life? I like to think of life as a large symphony. Each player in the symphony plays a certain part. There are different instruments in each section –piano, violins, cellos, flutes, trumpets, percussion. Each section seeks to play in harmony with the other. Each person has a special skill and talent that they have worked and practiced for many years. They have honed their particular musical skill so that when it comes time to perform that orchestral piece, they are ready.

It is sometimes difficult to figure out what our talents are. What I can guarantee is that every person has a talent or skill that they are good at. It can be an unusual skill such as making folded paper origami, or it might be an athletic skill.

We are talking about channeling.  This is a practice where you get your head out of the way and allow yourself to connect into the flow of all universal wisdom.  Although some people channel the dead, we are not talking about that.  It is a way to bypass all resistance and lack-based thoughts to make a direct connection to the highest vibrations possible.

You Can Have It All....Just Not All At Once!

Usually, when it comes to attaining our goals and seeing our dreams come true, we have set a timeline or, at least, have one in mind. That is a good thing. It keeps us focused, motivated. It is tangible; it is binary, measurable: have I been, done, reached such-and-such? Yes or no…

Meanwhile, there is a fine balance between setting measurable goals and feeling that “Have or Have Not” feeling. The Law of Attraction promotes feelings of flow and abundance. Let if flow… and you will get more and faster… and often times, even better than that for which we had hoped and asked.

When I got into coaching, I was like a kid in a candy store. I wanted to coach clients and be active in the coaching associations; I was president of the International Coach Federation East Bay Chapter. I was progressing through my coaching certification while simultaneously completing a one-year leadership program, creating classes, writing articles, networking… you name it. Meanwhile, I was, basically, saying 'yes' to every offer that came my way to coach and speak… until, eventually, I was left with my tongue hanging out still wanting to say yes to even more juicy opportunities that were flowing my way. After all I'm a huge believer that there is nothing you cannot be or do or have.. until my own coach reminded me, “Eva, yes, you can have it all. Just not all at once!"

Playing To Win vs. Playing Not To Lose

Perseverance, dedication, stick-to-itiveness, remaining steadfast - towards whatever you wish to see manifest in your life is a vital ingredient when it comes to helping the Universe bring the results you truly desire. It does not matter how lofty the goal or dream, nor if the occasional or seeming speed bump appear along the way, perseverance and passion about your end goal provide fuel. It is one’s dedication and continued intuitive action that remove any blocks that may be keeping you immediately attracting and receiving what you desire. When you reprogram thus, you allow the Universe to step in a give you what you seek, what you have been promised.

How many times have you dreamed, and worked, and waited for a goal, desire, outcome… only to give in or give up on it right before the Universe aligned things perfectly for you to have and enjoy it? It happens sometimes, sadly, that the apparent hurdle that causes one to doubt is actually that last test of trust, of faith that the Universe may offer. The excerpt below sums it up better than I:

Wonder Woman Wannabe?

Belief is such an important part of the Law of Attraction. Belief begins with believing in yourself. Sometimes it can be hard believing in yourself. There have been those giving you feedback all your life. Some of the feedback has been positive and some not so positive. Not everyone can give good constructive criticism, not to mention those who are just mean and say things to hurt others.

While you may have left your baggage behind, some scars and pains will not fade so easily. Even if you can let the events from your past go, they still can affect the way you are and the way you think. Your self-image is often shaped by the outside world. It is hard to escape because most of us see ourselves through others eyes.

So how do you become Wonder Woman (or Batman, if you like). Wonder Woman is one of my favorite superhero figures. She fights for justice with no fear or doubt in her abilities. I realized something as I watched Wonder Woman on the cartoon “Justice League.” Wonder Woman has no super powers. She was standing shoulder to shoulder with Superman, Green Lantern, and Aqua Man all of which had super human powers, yet Wonder Woman had none.

Where Does Faith Fit In?

You do not have to be religious to believe in other Laws of the Universe do you? You can choose to ponder who set up these Laws of the Universe, but this is not necessary.

There are similar beliefs between religion and the Law of Attraction. The greatest similarity is prayer. You ask God for something and he or she will grant it. The Law of Attraction states when you ask the Universe for what you want, it is brought to you. The process is slightly different but the results are essentially the same...

The other similarity is the concept of belief or faith. In religious practice you acknowledge that God exists and that you must have faith. In the Law of Attraction, you believe that the Universe will provide for you. The greatest difference is that you do not have to go through an intermediary such as a priest, minister or rabbi. You can ask directly.
